An all around spiritual podcast focusing on the integration of spirituality into our daily existence. Here we will be exploring many more elements including but not limited to the different modalities of practice, divination, energy manipulation, universal love, shadow work, soul connections, the nature of the soul, religion, radical self love, radical acceptance, and much more. A growing array with an ever evolving soul.
Starting with my first ever guided meditation, to improve as we go on, but today we focus on an important acceptance for our inner child’s freedom. Whether we realize it or not; most of us harbor some unresolved feelings in regard to our parents, especially when we truly love them. It is important to recognize them as souls having a human experience just as we recognize ourselves as such. Forgiveness as a means to release ourselves from expectation of resolution, finding resolution in surrender. Featuring the solfeggio frequency 639hz for heart chakra activation.

Escaping the Pressure to Perform from Childhood Traumas through Inner Truth
Springing off of guiltless rest, many times returning to a ‘childlike’ state to escape the pressure to perform only unveils an array of traumas that blocked presence in our childhood. Granting an opportunity to altogether unveil those childhood traumas. These realizations actively occur through the automatic relay of inner truths in the paint strokes of this very podcast. This episode comes with a side of astrological reflections. I thank you profusely for this opportunity.

Back to Childhood Simplicity: Taking off at Guiltless Rest, Presence, and Spiritual Tangents.
For a first episode, we take off at guiltless rest, the challenge I find at hand. As the constant integration continues, I find myself at the beginning of this spiritual path speaking of first recognition of this divine existence on the earthly plane. Bouncing off of many topics including presence in the moment, and respect for every soul in this universal connection. This episode marks a springboard in this podcast journey. Looking forward to expounding forth on many more spiritual topics, including those we launch from here.
