Follow along with Encounter Youth at Encounter Church in Quarryville, PA! Youth Pastor Jake Ragsdale shares week to week and brings in guests and other students.
Why does Jesus call his followers into a life of prayer? How are we supposed to enter into it when we have been crushed, disappointed, or filled with doubt because life has turned out the way we expected or prayed it would? Tim shares through the story of Thomas that prayer starts in the place of helplessness. When we stay in the conversation no matter what we are feeling or experiencing, Jesus shows up.
Encounter Youth meets at Encounter Church (300 Hideaway Dr, Quarryville, PA) on Wednesday nights at 6:45pm. If you would like to join a community of youth who are welcoming, have a blast praising Jesus, and are serious about following the Way, come on out!
