Decide Balance, Literally with Yvonne Hernández
Are you feeling the literal pains from stress that creeps into your every day? Or, maybe, not realizing that stress is building up in you until something goes wrong?
Today's episode shines the light on how simple changes in our every day can lead to a healthy, calm life, free from stress and the harm it causes.
Yvonne Hernández is a first gen Mexican-American Mamá on a mission to teach meditation to 1 million children. As a bilingual Chopra Certified Meditation Teacher and Reiki Master, she is helping families become the calm in the chaos. Decide Balance® was founded in her journey to provide tools to manage stress, anxiety and emotions for her kids' classrooms. Yvonne sought and implemented holistic healing after being diagnosed with vitiligo, a stress response that disrupts natural pigmentation. Now she has reversed the pigmentation without the use of medication through the methods you will hear in this episode.
