I would say it doesn't have a translation because in Spanish, middle name doesn't really exist. What many people have are two names. But the main issue with Hispanic names in the United States is the two last names. I am Ana Gonzalez Tobar, but many times I appear as Ana Tobar, Ana Gonzaleztobar, Ana Gonzalez, Ana G. These are illnesses that don't appear in traditional medical books but are believed in by people in certain communities.
