What happens when you don't know how to train for the fight you are currently in? On this episode we discover just that. Jeremy goes interview style on his co-host to also share and highlight what it looks like when people ask you the right questions. This is a story of family dysfunction, mental health issues within the family, growing up in a split-household, incarceration, criminality, and finally redemption. The only way we remain our past is when we haven't learned from it. Through the pains of Jerrod's experiences birthed Welcome To The Fight Club a mentorship program geared towards helping people identify the fight they are currently dealing with and supporting them through that process. </p>

<p>On this episode Jeremy and Jerrod discuss their experiences with broken narratives, where and when they are developed, and how this narrative can become a guide of negativity if the conditioning you were exposed too was negative. The host give their experiences in an honest and vulnerable way becoming examples of what emotional intelligence development provides after living a life of reactiveness. Addressing the problem with no solution is complaining. Jeremy and Jerrod give great solution based actions that individuals can take to start their own healing process and embrace life for the wonder and awe.
