米国・PJMによる卸電力市場改革案
<p>米国では大規模データセンター等による電力需要の増加、環境政策と経済状況による火力発電の早期廃止、サプライチェーン問題による発電所新設の長期化により供給力不足が懸念されている。そうした中で北東部地域の系統運用・市場運用機関であるPJMが発電投資インセンティブを確保するための卸市場改革案を提言した。今回は電力ユニット 小笠原潤一 研究理事が「米国・PJMによる卸電力市場改革案」をテーマにお話します。</p>
