Energy Healing Conversations

About Energy Healing Conversations

Welcome to Energy Healing Conversations. Produced by the International School of Intuition and Healing, this podcast explores the transformative power of energetic awareness. In our debut series, Spiritual Awakening Stories, we sit down with individuals who have navigated challenges to emerge with a renewed sense of purpose and clarity. These are not just stories of change; they are chronicles of evolution. Spiritual growth rarely happens in a vacuum. It is often forged in the fires of life's greatest challenges. Throughout this series, we dive deep into the catalysts for awakening, including: Moving through grief: finding the light and connection that remains after profound loss. From financial loss to self-belief: breaking the mental chains of "never enough" to align with the flow of the universe. Rebuilding the self from within: the process of dismantling an old identity to build a foundation from within. The path of meaning: shifting from a purely materialistic worldview to a life rooted in depth, intuition, and soul-purpose. Awakening through curiosity: how a simple "Why?" can lead to a radical opening of the heart and mind. Why does this matter? Whether you are at the beginning of your own spiritual journey, a seasoned practitioner, or simply someone who feels there is more to life than meets the eye, these conversations offer grounded wisdom and practical insights. Spiritual Awakening Stories. Change Your Energy, Change Your Life. Cord Cutting

We are living through extraordinary and rapidly changing times. Life is moving faster. We are constantly connected, taking in information and responding to the demands of work, relationships, technology and AI. Our nervous systems are frazzled, we are overstimulated, and many of us are finding it difficult to maintain clear boundaries and stay connected to ourselves. This is why going back to the basics of energy management is so important. The first masterclass is about recognising and managing your own energy. It is about noticing when you are becoming overwhelmed, understanding what belongs to you and learning how to come back to yourself feeling grounded, protected and whole. The second masterclass introduces cording and cord cutting. We will explore how we become energetically entangled with people, situations and patterns, and how we can begin to disengage, untangle and de-cord without fear, blame or shutting others out. Energy management and cord cutting work together. One helps us to recognise, protect and manage our own energy. The other helps us to understand where we have become entangled and how to reclaim our energy. Join Cindy Cromble-Holme, Denis Ginn and Sole Chirco for this free, live and interactive two-part masterclass. Each session will include conversation, practical exercises and ways to support yourself in everyday life. Some cords support us. Others leave us feeling drained, stuck or unable to move forward. Together, we'll explore: How to recognise where you have become energetically entangled with another person, situation or pattern. Why unclear boundaries leave us carrying emotions, responsibilities and energy that do not belong to us. How to begin disengaging, untangling and reclaiming your own energy without blame, anger or fear. How to stay connected to the people you love without losing yourself. Cord cutting is not about rejecting people or shutting ourselves off from connection. It is about understanding where our energy is going, releasing what no longer supports us and learning how to relate to others from a healthier and more grounded place. This free two-part masterclass is for everyone. You do not need to be a healer, spiritual practitioner or previous student of the School. It may be particularly helpful for: Anyone feeling drained, overwhelmed or energetically entangled. Anyone wanting practical tools for energetic protection, clarity and self-awareness. Anyone beginning or deepening their healing journey. Empaths and highly sensitive people. Healers, readers and spiritual practitioners. Students of energy healing, psychic development or spiritual development. Anyone interested in understanding how energy affects healing, relationships and everyday life. Whether this is your first introduction to energy management and cord cutting, or a reminder of work you have done before, you are warmly invited to join us.

Spiritual Awakening Stories. Richard Newman: Addiction, Near-Death Experience and Awakening

In this episode, Richard shares an extraordinary story of addiction, recovery, psychosis, a near-death experience, and ultimately discovering a deeper spiritual purpose. Growing up in an environment where excessive drinking and substance use felt normal, Richard gradually moved from social use into severe addiction. What began as alcohol and drugs became a way of coping with every aspect of life, eventually consuming his relationships, career, finances, and sense of self. As the addiction progressed, isolation replaced connection, and life became centred entirely around obtaining the next drink or drug. Recognising the destruction addiction was causing, Richard entered 12-Step recovery. Through the support of the recovery community, counselling, service to others, and developing a relationship with a higher power, he achieved several years of sobriety. During this period he rebuilt his life, developed healthier relationships, and experienced hope and stability for the first time. However, following the sudden death of his father, the breakdown of a significant relationship, and overwhelming emotional stress, Richard experienced a severe mental health crisis. Despite remaining sober, he developed persistent voices, visual experiences, and was diagnosed with psychosis. Medical treatment brought little relief, and after eventually relapsing, he accidentally overdosed. During the overdose, Richard experienced what he describes as a profound near-death experience. Leaving his physical body, he encountered an overwhelming sense of peace, unconditional love, and what felt like returning home. Given the choice to stay or return, he chose to come back, knowing he did not want to leave his family carrying the pain of his death. After returning, Richard was guided towards energy healing. Through Spirit Release work and learning to understand his own energetic sensitivity, the distressing voices and visual experiences ceased. This marked the beginning of a second phase of healing—one that moved beyond recovery into a deeper understanding of spirituality, consciousness, and personal transformation. That journey eventually led him to train in energy healing, Qigong, yoga, and sound healing. Today, Richard supports others experiencing addiction, spiritual awakening, and personal transformation, combining his lived experience with the healing modalities he now teaches and practises. Richard speaks with remarkable honesty about both the darkness of addiction and the hope that healing can bring. Spiritual Awakening Stories. Cindy Cromble-Holme: The Story Beneath the Story

This episode doesn't continue the story. It reveals the story beneath the story. Listen to part 1 with Cindy here: https://api.riverside.fm/embeddable-components/embedded-assets/public/CWTC8Tr2N5TT (https://api.riverside.fm/embeddable-components/embedded-assets/public/CWTC8Tr2N5TT) Beneath the challenges, the illnesses, the grief, the synchronicities, and the spiritual experiences was a deeper thread quietly weaving its way through Cindy's life. What once appeared to be a series of unrelated events gradually revealed itself as a path — one that would lead her to healing, teaching, community, and purpose. This is not only the story of a spiritual awakening. It is also the story of how the experiences, lessons, teachers, and guidance that shaped Cindy's own journey ultimately became the foundations of the International School of Intuition and Healing. Together, these two conversations offer both perspectives: the outer journey that shaped Cindy's life and the deeper spiritual journey that gave birth to the work she now shares with thousands of students around the world. Spiritual Awakening Stories. Cindy Cromble-Holme: The Dark Night of the Soul

In this deeply personal episode, Cindy Cromble-Holme steps out of the host's chair and shares the human story behind her spiritual journey. Growing up with dyslexia and ADHD, Cindy spent much of her life feeling different. Through determination, intuition, and an ability to read people, she built a successful career in hospitality and leadership. Yet beneath the success was a growing sense of disconnection, self-doubt, and a need to escape uncomfortable emotions. This episode explores the external journey — identity, sexuality, belonging, success, addiction, and the search for authenticity. Everything came to a head following a drink-driving arrest and a night in jail, an experience Cindy now describes as her dark night of the soul. What followed was the beginning of a very different conversation with life. Key Themes: • Growing up neurodivergent before it was understood • Feeling different and searching for belonging • Hospitality, leadership, and success • Intuition before recognising it as intuition • Sexuality, identity, and authenticity • Alcohol and self-medication • The night in jail that changed everything • The beginning of healing and self-discovery This episode tells the visible story. But beneath these events, another story was unfolding. If Episode 1 explores what was happening in Cindy's life, Episode 2 explores the deeper forces that were quietly shaping it all along. Guest: Cindy Cromble-Holme Director, International School of Intuition and Healing Cindy is a healer, mentor, coach, teacher, and founder of the International School of Intuition and Healing. Spiritual Awakening Stories. Claire-Aude: Listening When Life Speaks

Claire-Aude’s story explores how life gradually teaches us to listen. In her mid-forties, while working with a regression practitioner, Claire-Aude discovered she had originally been a twin. The revelation explained many of the signs and feelings she had experienced throughout her life, including a sense that she was somehow living for two. During the session, she also had a profound experience of her energy being "zipped" back together, leaving her with a deep feeling of wholeness. The death of her father brought a profound moment of grief that she had little time or space to process. Instead, she began finding small ways to care for herself — even something as simple as smiling at strangers in the street became a quiet act of healing. Eventually, however, the body spoke more loudly. Years of pushing through exhaustion and stress culminated in a serious health crisis that brought everything to a halt. Hospitalisation, surgery, and a later cancer diagnosis became a powerful turning point. During that period she returned to something she had known since childhood — the understanding that the mind and body are deeply connected, and that healing begins when we truly listen. Over time she restored her health and rebuilt her life with different priorities. Today she works as an energy healer and tarot reader, supporting others in reconnecting with their own capacity for healing. This episode explores resilience, grief, and healing through Claire-Aude’s journey back to wholeness after a life-changing health crisis and the discovery that she began life as a twin. ✨ Thank you for taking part in Energy Healing Conversations. This podcast series explores the many different ways people come onto a path of healing. For some, awakening begins through dramatic life events. For others, it unfolds gradually through curiosity, relationships, loss, illness, or simply the quiet realisation that something deeper is asking to be heard. Each episode shares a personal story — where someone was before their awakening, what shifted, and how their experiences led them onto a path of healing. These conversations are not scripted. The intention is to allow the discussion to unfold naturally and authentically. We may move in different directions depending on what emerges during the conversation. Spiritual Awakening Stories. Janine Zitianellis: Healing Through Illness and Self-Reconnection

Janine’s story explores the connection between illness, neurodivergence, and self-reconnection. For many years, she was trying to be the perfect version of everything — striving, performing, and attempting to live up to expectations that never truly reflected who she was. Beneath this effort, she experienced deep stress, a constant sense of not being good enough, and feelings of judgment from others. Over time, this internal pressure led to anger, disconnection, and a diagnosis of social anxiety disorder. A significant turning point came when she was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition accompanied by severe pain. This experience led her to explore the relationship between the mind, body, and spirit, and to recognise how disconnected she had become from her true nature. Through reconnecting with herself, replacing old beliefs, and learning to cultivate self-love, she began to experience profound changes in both her emotional and physical wellbeing — eventually recovering to the point of no longer needing medication. This episode explores the powerful link between self-acceptance, the mind-body connection, and healing. Thank you for taking part in Energy Healing Conversations. This podcast series explores the many different ways people come onto a path of healing. For some, awakening begins through dramatic life events. Spiritual Awakening Stories. Stephanie Hamod: Burnout and Life Recalibration

In this episode, Stephanie Hamod shares her journey from high achievement and corporate success into a deeper, more aligned and meaningful way of living. From a young age, Stephanie was shaped by high expectations and a strong drive to succeed. This led her into a successful career in financial services. On the outside, her life looked impressive: promotions, international travel, financial success, and influence. Yet internally, she experienced a growing sense of emptiness and disconnection. She went to Sri Lanka to study Ayurveda, and things began to shift. Through space, stillness, and practices such as yoga, meditation, and healing treatments, Stephanie reconnected with herself in a way she had not experienced before. A key turning point came through energy healing and past life work. Over time, Stephanie stepped fully away from her corporate career and into a new path aligned with her values. She now works as an energy coach, healer, and hypnotherapist, supporting others in reconnecting with their energy, their truth, and their own way of making decisions. Key themes in this episode include: • External success versus internal fulfilment • Burnout and emotional disconnection • The impact of constant busyness and avoidance • A reset moment and stepping off the corporate path • Reconnecting with the body through Ayurveda and stillness • Healing deeper patterns through energy work and awareness • Creating a life aligned with values and authenticity Stephanie speaks about the reality of burnout — not always as collapse, but as a quiet emptiness that builds over time. Guest – Stephanie Hamod Energy Coach, Energy Healer, Hypnotherapist, and Tutor Stephanie Hamod is the founder of Cohesive.earth (http://Cohesive.earth). Her journey began with the desire to live a life aligned with her values and purpose. Spiritual Awakening Stories. Bettina Wengenroth: From Mind to Heart

In this episode, Bettina Wengenroth shares the story of how a life that once felt stable, successful, and carefully mapped out was transformed by a profound inner awakening. Before this turning point, Bettina’s world appeared secure. She was married, building a career in human resources, and living a life grounded in logic, structure, and stability. Yet a powerful soul-level activation disrupted her emotional, physical, and energetic reality in ways her logical mind could neither explain nor control. What followed was a long period of searching. At first, Bettina tried to understand her experience through hypnosis and spiritual study. Over time, however, she realised that the answers she sought could not be found through control. Instead, she found herself being guided step by step into surrender, intuition, and a different way of listening Her journey eventually led her to the Peruvian jungle, where she worked with plant medicine within a traditional and respectful healing context. There, she experienced a profound process of grounding and reconnection with her body, something that shifted her relationship with herself in a deeply transformative way. What had once felt distant, abstract, or unreachable became embodied and real. From that point, the real work began. Her awakening did not remove life’s challenges, but it brought greater alignment. It guided her away from a life that no longer felt true and into healing work that now feels meaningful, grounded, and authentic. Key themes in this episode: • Living from logic and structure versus heart-led awareness • A soul-level awakening that disrupted identity and certainty • The shift from seeking answers through the mind to practising surrender • Trusting spiritual guidance and inner knowing • Working with plant medicine in a sacred and respectful setting • Grounding, embodiment, and reconnecting with the body • Emotional healing and the ongoing process of integration • Reclaiming intuition, inner wisdom, and purpose • Moving from outer stability toward inner alignment Bettina speaks about the reality of awakening: how transformation often begins with confusion, disruption and uncertainty, and how deeper healing unfolds through trust, surrender, and the courage to walk a path the mind cannot fully explain. Spiritual Awakening Stories. Taryn Nightingale: Losing Yourself to Find Yourself

In this episode, Taryn Nightingale shares a deeply honest account of losing herself through people-pleasing, trauma, and self-abandonment, and how that journey led her back to her intuition, her voice, and her path as a healer. As a child, Taryn experienced strong intuitive and spiritual awareness. However, early responses from the world around her taught her to suppress those gifts and instead seek validation through achievement, approval, and being “the good girl.” Over time, this shaped an identity rooted in performance rather than authenticity. Her story then moves into a period of significant challenge. Living away from her family, Taryn found herself in a toxic relationship that involved emotional and physical abuse. During this time, she also faced a deeply personal decision around an abortion. These experiences marked a turning point, bringing her to a place of emotional breakdown, questioning, and ultimately, self-reflection. Rather than staying in that cycle, Taryn began to shift. Through journaling, movement, therapy, and spiritual exploration, she started to recognise her patterns, reclaim her intuition, and take responsibility for her healing. This included confronting themes of self-worth, abandonment, and the tendency to lose herself in others. Her spiritual awakening unfolded through both difficult and expansive experiences — from navigating trauma to reconnecting with intuitive insight, energy awareness, and inner guidance. This path eventually led her into energy healing, teaching, and working with others. Key themes in this episode include: • Suppressing intuition and shaping identity through approval • People-pleasing, perfectionism, and self-worth • Racial identity, shame, and belonging • Toxic relationships, emotional and physical abuse • Abortion and the impact of deeply personal decisions • Depression, breakdown, and self-reflection • Reclaiming intuition, inner guidance, and personal power • Healing through compassion, responsibility, and support Taryn speaks with clarity about the reality of healing, that it is not linear, and often begins in moments of crisis. This conversation offers a grounded and honest perspective on what it means to lose yourself, and the work required to find your way back. Spiritual Awakening Stories. Denis Ginn: From Materialism to Meaning

In this episode, Denis Ginn shares his journey from a materially driven life into one rooted in meaning, meditation, healing, and a deeper relationship with nature. His spiritual path began young, through meditation and inner exploration, but like many people, he later found himself pulled into a more conventional life of work, money, relationships, and outer success. After a serious motorbike accident, everything shifted. What followed was a radical decision to leave that life behind and spend months walking the South African coastline, meditating, living simply, and reconnecting with himself. This conversation explores what happens when life interrupts the path you thought you were on, and how a crisis can become a doorway back to what matters most. Spiritual Awakening Stories. Tamrin Feldman-Laporta: The Actual Awakening

In this episode, Tamrin shares a deeply personal account of awakening through loss, grief, and rebuilding. At a point where life felt aligned — completing her healing training, growing her family, and preparing to move to the UK — everything shifted. The loss of her son, alongside a diagnosis of Type 1 diabetes and the transition of leaving her home country, brought a profound breakdown of identity, stability, and belief. This conversation explores awakening not as expansion, but as a process of being brought into the reality of life, death, and what it means to truly live. Key themes include: • Grief as a personal and non-linear journey • The impact of trauma on spiritual belief and identity • Anger, questioning, and loss of faith within awakening • The importance of not spiritually bypassing pain • Returning to presence through simple, grounded practices • Rebuilding connection to self, body, and life Tamrin speaks openly about the reality of grief: the depth, the disruption, and the ongoing nature of healing. Through practices such as movement, breath, and presence, she describes a gradual return to herself and to a more embodied relationship with spirituality. This is a conversation about awakening through reality, where spirituality is lived, not idealised. Spiritual Awakening Stories. Mark Bind: From Financial Loss to Self-Belief

In this episode, Mark shares his journey from financial struggle and repeated setbacks into a life rooted in healing, deeper self-trust, and spiritual alignment. Although his spiritual connection began early, his adult life was marked by financial instability, failed work opportunities, and the pressure of trying to succeed in ways that felt acceptable to others. Beneath that struggle was a deeper question about purpose, worth, and his relationship with the divine. This conversation explores how financial loss can become a doorway into healing, and how self-healing can open the path to a more aligned life. Key themes include: • Spiritual longing from an early age • Repeated financial difficulty and rock-bottom experiences • Releasing emotional and energetic blockages • Healing ancestral patterns, vows, and trauma • The connection between abundance, safety, and personal power • Finding a healing path through lived experience rather than theory Mark speaks openly about how his own healing journey became his initiation into energy work. What began as a desperate need to heal himself gradually became a calling to support others. Through deep self-inquiry, meditation, and energetic practice, he came to understand healing not only as a method, but as a way of living. This is a conversation about moving from survival and scarcity into greater trust, clarity, and self-belief. Spiritual Awakening Stories. Sole Chirco: Rebuilding the Self from Within

In this episode, Sole Chirco shares her journey of moving from external success into deeper inner alignment. From the outside, her life was thriving. She had built a successful career, moved from Italy to the UK, achieved financial independence, and stepped into senior leadership at a young age. But internally, she was experiencing something very different: a growing sense of disconnection, loneliness, and lack of purpose. This conversation explores the tension between these two realities and the moment when that separation became impossible to ignore. Rather than a sudden breakdown, Sole describes a tipping point, a realisation that the way she was living was no longer coherent with who she truly was. What followed was not an overnight transformation, but a steady process of deconstructing what no longer worked and rebuilding her relationship with herself. Key themes include: • The gap between outer achievement and inner fulfilment • Perfectionism and high performance as drivers of disconnection • Reaching a tipping point of inner incoherence • Rebuilding self-trust through small, grounded changes • The balance between masculine structure and feminine intuition • Reconnecting with spirituality, tarot, and inner guidance • Creating a life of purpose, alignment, and meaningful connection Sole speaks with honesty about learning to stop overriding herself and instead listen to her body, her emotions, and her inner voice. Through incremental shifts in daily life, she began to rebuild trust, clarity, and direction. This is a grounded and practical conversation about returning to yourself, and about creating a life that feels aligned, connected, and real. From the inside out.
