(RETURN TO ONENESS)
The 963 Hz frequency is the last of the 9 original Solfeggio Frequencies.
This wonderful frequency is known for its ability to activate the Crown & Pineal Gland/Third eye.
The Pineal Gland is located deep in the brain and is the primary site of the body’s melatonin production. This hormone helps to regulate the body’s circadian clock, with the amount secreted directly related to the amount of light someone is exposed to. Use this to clear out the crown of any unwanted muck & find clarity within your vision and decalcify the gland.
Listening to frequency music at 963 Hz can activate this gland, awakening your bodily systems and raising positive energy. You may feel more connected to cosmic energy, the life force that exists everywhere! This frequency can help assist you in your dream state. If you feel disconnected from the world, this frequency can help you reconnect to your source. Start by finding a quiet place away from any distraction. It can be anywhere that you feel comfortable. It does not have to be 100% quiet; it just needs to be somewhere you won’t be disturbed from anywhere from 15min-the full 2 hours. Use it for however short or long! Next, you want to find a comfortable place to either lay down or sit comfortably. Find what works best for you! And allow this vibration to move through your crown and deep within your neuropathic channels - cleansing your mind and bringing you back to your self. Add your prayers or mantras to help strengthen the process.
Grab those headphones! And together, return to oneness! I believe in your purity.
I Am that I Am.
