Podcast Overview

Energy Lab is a wellness and longevity podcast for people who sense the body is more sophisticated than the mainstream has admitted.

Hosted by Roslyn Sullivan — entrepreneur, founder, and someone who has spent over 15 years building wellness businesses from the ground up — the show is built on a single premise: human energy is not one thing. It is physical (cellular, mitochondrial, biochemical), mental (cognitive resilience, the architecture of thought), spiritual (the coherence between who you are and how you live), and intuitive (the intelligence that operates beneath language and logic).

Most conversations in health and wellness pick one lane. Energy Lab refuses to.

Each episode, Roslyn is joined by researchers, founders, and the thinkers actively rewriting the rules of human performance, longevity, and consciousness — from cellular science and biohacking to sound healing, gut health, and the questions most people aren't asking yet. People who aren't waiting for consensus. People building what comes next.

Energy Lab is also the home of the Energy Lab supplement line — precision-formulated, liposomal, built on clinical dosing rather than marketing logic. Because the science should be as serious as the conversation.

The body knows more than you think. This is where you start listening.

New episodes monthly. Available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, and YouTube.

Energy Lab Ep 6 with Sara Shah, Tech Wellness Entrepreneur & writer: Learning Your Body's Yes and No

Sara Shah grew up in a family of doctors. Her mother is a paediatrician, her father is an cardiologist specialising in electrophysiology. When she got sick they got her in front of the best specialists money could find. Six weeks later she walked away from all of it, and went back to the values she believed in. She moved through three years completely housebound due to numerous diagnoses from Lyme to Long Covid to multiple cancer scares. This one is personal for me, Sara is a dear friend. We met years ago when she wandered into my wellness clinic in Kensington, and we've been talking about this stuff ever since. In this episode she takes me through what she found on the way back from chronic illness: why a diagnosis isn't a life sentence, what Western medicine is brilliant at and where it gets it completely wrong, and how she learned to trust her own body again after years of being told otherwise. We get into a lot. Her app Caya and why she's building "gentle tech" instead of another app that tells you you failed at sleep. Where the wellness industry is performative. Generational trauma and the actual epigenetics under the buzzword. Hormones, cycles, and why women were never built to run on a man's schedule. Even ancient stone circles in the English countryside and bee priestesses in ancient Crete. A few things we cover: - Diagnosis vs healing and the exact point where the two split- Why treating a symptom and treating a whole person aren't the same job- The "gentle tech" idea, and pushing back on optimisation culture in tech and beyond- What your wearable can't tell you- How your cycle changes your energy and your creativity- The one small yet deeply powerful practice she leaves us with , learning your body's yes and your body's no. It's less "how to biohack yourself" and more "how to actually come back to yourself" Have a listen. Energy Lab, Episode 5 with Kim Brahimi "The Next Human Era has Begun: AI Agents, Humanoids & What Comes Next""?

The Next Human Era has already begun. AI agents are learning to work while you sleep, to spend money on your behalf and soon, to negotiate with other agents using wallets of their own. Humanoids are months, not decades, away from your living room. And the question nobody’s ready for isn’t ”will AI take my job?” — it’s ”what did we just create?”
