One day, Mouse Deer went down to the river to take a drink. But he knew that the crocodile might be waiting underwater to eat him, so he said out loud. “I wonder if the water’s warm. I’ll put in my leg and find out.” Of course Mouse Deer didn’t put in his leg. He picked up a stick instead and put one end into the water. Chomp…! Crocodile grabbed the stick and pulled it underwater. Mouse Deer laughed. “Ha… ha…ha… Stupid crocodile! Cant you tell the difference between a stick and a leg?” Then Mouse Deer ran off to drink somewhere else.In the next day, Mouse Deer wanted to cross the river. He wanted to eat the fruits on the other side of the river. He saw a floating log in the river. He knew that Crocodile looked like a log when he floated. Mouse Deer didn’t want to be eaten by Crocodile when he crosses the river. He had an idea. He called out loud, “Crocodile!” Crocodile rose from the water, “Hello, Mouse Deer. Have you come to be my lunch?” Mouse Deer smiled. “Sorry, not today, Crocodile. I have orders from the King. He wants to invite all the crocodiles in this river to a party. He wants me to count all the crocodiles so he could prepare enough meal for you.”“Really…? Tell us what to do,” said Crocodile. “You must line up from this side of the river to the other side,” said Mouse Deer. Crocodile then got all his friends and family. They lined up across the river. Mouse Deer then jumped onto Crocodile’s back. “One,” he counted. He jumped onto the next crocodile, “Two.” And the next crocodile, “Three.” Mouse Deer kept jumping until he arrived on the other side of the river. “How many are there?” asked Crocodile. “Just enough,” said Mouse Deer. He laughed as he ran to the forest.

The experience of using the word "anxious" is quite unique because I rarely use this word, but after trying to use this word in several conversations with my friends. I find this word quite useful especially when discussing the topic of film, where there are so many actors who act.

this is adele's song "when we were young". SONG MEANING: is about meeting up with friends from the past and discussing how things have been. Adele meets one friend in particular and makes amends with him. But the song is really about making amends with the past, represented by that friend. "When We Were Young" also follows the same thinking: Adele revealed to SiriusXM on Monday that the song was about going to a party when you are older and running into "everyone that you've ever fallen out with, everyone that you've ever loved, everyone that you've never loved, and stuff like that." She continues: "You can't find the time to be in each other's lives

   Journal week 10 ( News )

The BBC has uncovered new evidence about the teenage killer of Bibaa Henry and Nicole Smallman, the two sisters murdered last summer in a Wembley park in London. Danyal Hussein was a member of a web forum, run by an American self-styled black magician, whose instructions about demonic pacts mirror steps taken by the killer. The American has encouraged murder in some of his writings, including for a violent Satanic group that’s been cited as an influence on seven young men convicted of neo-Nazi terror offences in the UK over the past two years. The BBC’s Daniel De Simone has been investigating the background.

Journal week 8 ( Story from children book and Cartoon Movie )

Hi welocome back with me suan in english with suan, today i want to tell you guys about the story and a cartoon of “red riding hood”. I read and watched the same story and cartoon, namely the red riding hood, this story tells about the journey of the red riding hood to go to his grandmother's house who is sick, through the forest. All of this started when Red Riding Hood's mother ordered her to give the cake and milk they had to her sick grandmother. Red riding hood has been warned not to talk to strangers and always walk along the trail.when on the way red riding hood met a wolf, at first the wolf asked who she was and where she wanted to go, the red riding hood responded to the wolf and told him who she was and where she was going, then the wolf asked what she was carrying and what is it for, once again red riding hood is still responding and answering the wolf's question. The hungry wolf finally had a plan to eat granny and red riding hood, the wolf told that there were many beautiful flowers in the forest, the red riding hood believed and went to get the flowers for his grandmother, when the red riding hood went to the forest, the wolf had rushed to her grandmother's house and deceive her grandmother with the information given by the red riding hood earlier, the grandmother was finally deceive and eaten by the wolf, then the wolf disguised itself as grandmother and finally managed to deceive the red riding hood and eat it, when the wolf was full he slept and snored very loudly, when there was a hunter passing by grandma's house, he was confused as to why an old granny could snore that loudly, she was curious and checked to see if she needed help, she was shocked to find a fat wolf sleeping on the old granny's bed, he finally decided to cut the wolf's belly and save granny and red riding hood. I learn new vocab form this story, that is the word deceive. The example sentence is “You intentionally tried to deceive me”. “If you're no longer engaged, why do you have to deceive him?” My experience using this word is quite interesting because this word is very unique and I use it quite often when talking to my friends

Journal week 4 ( Tell Two Story and Experiance Using New Vocab )

hello everyone back again with me christian suan, right now i want to tell you guys all the two interesting stories that i have chosen The first story I took was the story of the arrogant rabbit, this story is one of the stories that is quite famous in the surrounding community In a dense jungle, there is a clear river that is usually a gathering place for animals. One day by the river, the animals were gathering. They seemed to be having a very exciting conversation. One of the animals that gathered was the Tortoise. Suddenly, Rabbit comes and messes everything up. Rabbits really like to mess up "Look, guys. My legs are long. I can run fast, unlike the tortoise," said the hare, glancing at the tortoise. The tortoise who heard it was irritated. "I'm not slow, I just don't want to be in a hurry," replied the Tortoise. "Admit it if you're really slow, Tortoise," mocked the Rabbit. He is only satisfied if the friend he is teasing feels discouraged. “I will prove that I am not a sluggish beast. How about we run a race?” challenged the Tortoise. Hearing the Tortoise's challenge, the Rabbit laughed heartily. He thought the tortoise was just joking. Meanwhile, the other animal friends felt sorry for the tortoise. "Are you afraid, Rabbit?" asked the Tortoise. Not wanting to be underestimated, Rabbit immediately accepted the Tortoise challenge. They also agreed to play tomorrow. That night, the tortoise could not sleep. He kept thinking about his challenge to Rabbit, and how to teach Rabbit a lesson so that he would not be arrogant anymore. In the morning, all the animals gathered by the river. They were about to watch the running match between the Tortoise and the Rabbit. “The rule is that we have to run around this forest by crossing the bridge at the end of the road, and then come back here.” explained the Tortoise. Rabbit just nodded in agreement. “One… two… three… Priit!! Crack!! Olala, when Rabbit crossed the bridge, suddenly the bridge broke. The rabbit fell into a deep river. The rabbit was screaming for help. He really can't swim. Coincidentally, the Tortoise also arrived at the bridge. Seeing the Rabbit who was almost drowning, the Tortoise immediately helped him. The tortoise took the hare to the river bank. After a while, Rabbit finally breathed a sigh of relief. “Thank you, Tortoise. You have helped me," said the Rabbit."You're welcome, Rabbit," replied the Tortoise. Since then, Rabbit no longer boasted about himself. He realized that he was not as perfect as he imagined. He had weaknesses, and there were things he simply couldn't do. Second story: The cartoon that I watch is Mister Bean, this cartoon tells the daily life of Mister Bean and his favorite doll, the Teddy Bear. I think people are interested in watching it because this cartoon is very funny and fun to watch. I can't give details about the cartoon because every episode has a different story, maybe that's one of the attractions of this cartoon. because every day is a different story The new vocab I got is the word boasted, the example sentence is My best friend boasted of having passed the entrance exam. He proudly boasted of belonging to you. She has been boasted of it. My experience after using this sentence is actually quite exciting, because the word ''boasted'' is quite relatable in my friendship life that's all from me christian suan, see you next time

Journal week 3 ( The meaning of Traitor by olivia Rodrigo and Love like You by Rebecca Sugar)

hello everyone, back with me christian suan on podcast with suan, this time i want to sing and explain the meaning of the 2 songs i have chosen. and I will also explain the vocab I got and my experience using this vocab first song is from olivia - traitor. You betrayed me And I know that you'll never feel sorry For the way I hurt, yeah You'd talk to her When we were together Loved you at your worst But that didn't matter It took you two weeks To go off and date her Guess you didn't cheat But you're still a traitor (traitor-olivia Rodrigo). olivia wrote this song based on her personal life experience, this song tells a love story where her boyfriend says that he loves olivia but in fact he loves another woman. second song is from Rebecca sugar – love like you. I always thought I might be bad Now I'm sure that it's true 'Cause I think you're so good And I'm nothing like you Look at you go I just adore you I wish that I knew What makes you think I'm so special (Rebecca sugar- love like you). Rebecca Sugar wrote the lyrics of this song based on her deep feelings, she said that she didn't write it on purpose when she really expressed her feelings about how much she loves her brother and the people around her who always love her and are always there for her. but she can't tell them that she loves them because she's insecure, she's insecure because she can't always be there 100 percent for them . The new vocab I got is the word "adore". Actually the word "adore" is very familiar, I just found out that this word is very meaningful, for example "I adore you" a simple word but very meaningful to other people. that's all from me sorry because my voice is bad, I really can't sing. anyway byeee see you next time

The Text: Lionel Messi or commonly called messi was forced to leave Barcelona. Barcelona is one of the big clubs that is very famous, there are so many awards that this club has won. One of the players who really contributed to winning many awards is Lionel Messi. Unfortunately, on June 30 yesterday, Lionel Messi and Barcelona's contract had expired. Messi chose not to extend his contract due to financial reasons that are very bad at Barcelona It is reported that Barcelona's finances are currently not doing well, which has resulted in many players having their salaries cut. One of them is Messi's salary which has been cut by 50 percent, this is due to the many problems that occur at this club. It was reported that Barcelona itself had a debt of 1.2 billion euros, or around Rp. 20.34 trillion, so Messi had to leave in order to survive bankruptcy. After speaking with the Barcelona manager, Messi officially left Barcelona last August. But Messi's career did not stop there, he was declared to have moved to Paris Saint Germain (PSG) in August. One of the reasons Messi moved to this club is because the finances at this club are very good and this club can realize Messi's salary demands.
