4. Want a more meaningful life? (Filter out the stimuli)
When we become too focused on external stimuli, we may start to prioritize things that are not really important to us. External factors can take away from the true meaning of life by distracting us from what really matters. In today's fast-paced and constantly connected world, we are bombarded with endless distractions that can easily consume our time and attention. Social media, technology, video games you name it, can give us a feeling of emptiness and dissatisfaction, and can make us lose sight of what truly matters in life.
Ultimately, when we allow ourselves to be consumed by outside stimuli, we risk missing out on the true richness and beauty of life, and may find ourselves feeling unfulfilled and unhappy, even if we have achieved external success. It is important to take time to reflect on what truly matters to us and to make intentional choices that align with our values and priorities.

2. Who's in your circle?
In this episode, Taylor talks about how impactful the people in our lives can be in our growth from who we are to who we want to be. Taking the conscious effort to spend time around people with values we admire is crucial. While going through this transformation, there may be a need to completely disconnect from some people or set clear boundaries where these values are not shared. To achieve this, consistency is needed and this comes with discipline rather than just motivation.
Taylor shares affirmations from Andre De Shields Tony Speech (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=nHIYYqmL_TY), highlighting ways to grow into our aspirations. She also notes practical steps to align people in our life to our goals, values, and beliefs.
Key Quotes:
"If you look around your circle and you're not inspired, you're in a cage"
"You have to remember to surround yourself with people who fill your cup up"
"Go find the people you want to be like"
"Surround yourself with people whose eyes light up when they see you coming"
"Slowly is the fastest way to get to where you want to be"
"The top of one mountain is the bottom of the next, so keep climbing"
"Don't live a life of insanity, if nothing changes, nothing changes"

1. You are not alone (Trailer of podcast)
You Are Not Alone
Episode Summary
Welcome to the Enough Daily Podcast, a safe space for mental health and self-development conversations with our host, Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, Taylor Marie.
In this episode, Taylor describes her mission for the podcast which is to improve mental health through nutrition and physical fitness, and how it was inspired by her journey. Taylor's self-development journey started at the age of 16, although she had often felt odd and quite unhappy as a kid which would eventually lead her to unhealthy coping mechanisms. Despite starting counseling in 2009, she only truly got invested in self-development two years ago. Over time, Taylor has learned that self-development and mental health have to be a constant lifestyle based on the knowledge that there is hope.
Another goal of this podcast is to help people not feel alone, knowing that in times of loneliness, finding others who have gone through it or who are going through it can be highly rewarding. Also, resources like this podcast would help immensely, alongside others like YouTube or books. "Many people are struggling with the same issues you're going through but you won't know if you don't search"
