Entrepreneurial Shades of Gray, hosted by FOX10’s Chelsey Sayasane and Dani Dials, is where real conversations meet real stories of resilience, innovation, and growth. Each week, we uncover the journeys of entrepreneurs and business leaders navigating the gray areas of success. From local start-ups to larger powerhouses, our conversations aim to uncover the unfiltered realities behind building and leading a business. Whether you’re an aspiring entrepreneur or a seasoned leader, you’ll find inspiration, challenge, and connection in every episode.
Chambers of Commerce do a lot more than ribbon cuttings and networking events. At their best, they help create communities where businesses and the people behind them can thrive.
In this episode of Entrepreneurial Shades of Gray, Dani Dials and Chelsey Sayasane sit down with North Baldwin Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Kristina Pittman and Shane Hadley, owner of Baldwin Gulf Coast Pest Control.
Kristina shares what goes into leading a Chamber and why supporting local businesses, creating community experiences and improving quality of life are all connected. Shane offers the perspective of an entrepreneur who has been involved with the Chamber for more than a decade and shares how his idea for "Dragons on the Delta" grew into a new community event.
It’s a conversation about what can happen when business owners get involved, bring their ideas to the table and work together to build a stronger community.
