His PhD in Aeronautical Engineering combined with past leadership roles at internet tech companies gives him a deep insight into the business opportunities in the space industry. He was a key person in the establishment of the Australian Space Agency. Currently, he mentors space startups at the National Space Industry Hub and is on the board of advisors for HEO Robotics, a young company doing in-orbit inspection utilizing an aggregator business model.
