Building upon the insight shared by their parents in part one of this podcast, listen to 3 high school students from the Lincoln School in Costa Rica share what they learned growing up in entrepreneurial homes. Mark Music, Filipo Fonseca, Gloria Garita (GiGi) Calderón each share what inspired them, what they learned as they launched different ventures and how their parents and school supported their ability to see obstacles as opportunities. They are very transparent and honest about how iteration, resilience, talking to entrepreneurs, and learning through failure allowed them to find their own unique path to success.

Parents play a key role in strengthening their children's entrepreneurial thinking. Learn from 3 parents in Costa Rica who are engaged in supporting their children's passions and commitment to being changemakers and how they helped them overcome fear and failure on the road to success. As one parent shared, make sure your children know that you either win or you learn on the journey. Chris Music, Alfredo Fonseca, Gloria Calderón remind parents that they should think about what type of experiences they want their children to have, keeping in mind that each child's needs and interests are unique. They also share the importance of democratizing entrepreneurship education so all students can prospect from the skills that entrepreneurs possess.
