20. Sul proprio corpo
<p>In quest'ultimo episodio discutiamo dei nostri corpi e di come li percepiamo, soprattutto nella dissonanza che si verifica tra ciò che vediamo di noi stessi e ciò che vedono gli altri.</p> <p>Il proprio corpo inizialmente risulta un luogo di confronto con chi ci guarda dove troviamo conferme o smentite delle nostre percezioni, ma l'obiettivo che ci sembra comune a tutti noi è raggiungere un rapporto d'amore con la nostra corporeità. Sentirsi costantemente attraenti è patologico come lo sarebbe sentirsi costantemente non attraenti, in condizioni normali oscilliamo tra l'una e l'altra percezione. </p> <p>La capacità di amare il proprio corpo significa dunque riuscire a smarcarsi tanto dalle conferme quanto dalle smentite che gli altri possono darci, per raggiungere finalmente un'indipendenza emotiva dal giudizio altrui.</p>

19. Sui vecchi
<p>Questa sera discutiamo del rapporto con la tradizione, percepita come vecchia, e su quanto possa inquinare la nostra giovinezza con una pressione che ci appare non del tutto giustificata.<br> Ci è sembrato che la vecchiaia sia relativa a chi parla, trovandola anche nella nostra età, e che dunque l'unica vera chance per evitare i vecchi errori è imporsi di farne di nuovi.<br> </p>

18. Sul cambiare
<p>Questa sera torna come ospite Nunzia, con lei abbiamo discusso del cambiare se stessi e le cose intorno a sé. Quanta capacità di azione abbiamo verso l'esterno? E quanto di quello che succede dentro di noi è in nostro potere?</p> <p>Abbiamo visto che il cambiamento è un'accettazione. Un lasciar andare, anche dolorosamente, per aprirsi a una nuova possibilità di vita, o a una nuova persona. Non siamo però riusciti a trovare un antidoto per la frustrazione che si sente quando invece non si è riusciti a cambiare nulla, ma ci sembra che l'approccio migliore sia saper distinguere cosa è dipeso da te da ciò che non poteva dipendere da te.</p> <p><br></p>
