Episode 3 : Jr. Main Street

About Episode 3 : Jr. Main Street

Hi Friends, my name is Nichole and I'm married my high school sweetheart in 2005. My husband was a touring drummer for 10 years and after he came off the road we opened a holistic spa in Columbia, TN about 30 miles south of Nashville. Our story has been the journey of a lifetime and now it's taking us to create a podcast about the spa we've cultivated. I have a guest with me every episode...let's be honest, you don't want to hear just me talk for about 20 minutes. We dive into everything spa, community, family, clean living and so much more. You get the nitty gritty of what happens behind the scenes along with some memorable stories. I grew up in Pennsylvania and my mom had a salon in our house. I have literally been 'in the biz' my entire life but professionally since 2002. I am always open to answering questions on the podcast....never hesitate to ask! When you message ēlia day spa on IG, you are messaging me! Also, please note that I'm an Aesthetician who is passionate about helping others. I'm not a tech professional and doing my best to figure out how to record, edit and make it to all the platforms. I'll be enlisting my oldest son to help me soon. So, join me as I imperfectly share with you Spa La Land.

Episode 2: Why ēlia is a clean ingredient spa.

ēlia's doors opened 9 years ago as the 1st clean ingredient spa in the area. This was no small feat as the beauty industry was not paying much attention to ingredients yet. My personal journey started in 2008 after my 1st son was born and I've been on this journey for a long time. There was a vast amount of trial and error the first several years. Hint...coconut oil is NOT hydrating, it actually dehydrates your skin! It's also never too late to start using clean ingredients. If we've ev...
