We also chat about the importance of this book in the movement toward educating children and young adults to understand horse behaviour. We go onto discuss how through this understanding children and young adults can stay safer.

Talking Agility with Horses: Part 1
Welcome back! It's been a while :)
In this episode Becky chats to the fabulous Sarah Johnson one of Little Green Stables valued Patreons about horse agility. Sarah lives in Switzerland with Kenda her horse who is of a similar age to Becky's Rum.
Becky has just started training agility with Rum and all this training and more can be found over on the Patreon site. Sarah and Becky discuss the obstacles, how beneficial they can be for both humans and horses and how agility training can really suit R+ and clicker trainers.
This is just Part 1 and Sarah and Becky wanted it to be an informal chat from lay trainers about how they find adding in Agility for their equines.
For Part 2 Becky and Sarah are joined by Kate Blackmore from Equilogical and Equischolars and Trudi Dempsey: Equine Trainer and Behaviour Consultant to help break down the obstacles, chain them, train them, adding stimulus and all the details that we know we need them for.
