A Borsika Néptáncegyüttes és a Maros Művészegyüttes szervezésében, a Maros Megyei Tanács támogatásával létrejövő megmérettetés célja, hogy bemutatkozási lehetőséget adjon a fiatal táncosoknak, és kiválassza Az év legényes táncosát.
