GARY LOCAL BRUSH INTERVIEW on ERIC in the MORNING

I had the opportunity to interview Gary Kupfer, a talented and experienced artist who specializes in pinstriping, airbrushing, and lettering. Gary is the owner and artist of www.localbrush.com (http://localbrush.com/) a full service custom specialty art and sign business based in North Bellmore, New York (http://localbrush.com/contactme.html). He is also the founder of pinstripingregistry.com (https://www.pinstripingregistry.com/), a website that connects customers with pinstripers, airbrush artists, and lettering professionals across the United States.Gary has been in the art and sign industry for over 60 years, starting as a teenager when he learned how to pinstripe from his father, who was a car painter. He later expanded his skills to airbrushing and lettering, creating stunning artworks on various surfaces such as motorcycles, cars, trucks, boats, helmets, guitars, walls, and more. He has been featured on the cover of numerous magazines and has won many awards for his work. Gary shared with me his passion for art and how he enjoys creating unique and personalized designs for his clients. He uses both traditional and modern techniques, such as hand painting, computer graphics, vinyl cutting, and printing. He also does light body work, priming, painting, clear coating, and polishing. He can repair and color match any existing artwork or create something new from scratch. He can work on any size or shape of surface, from a small snow blower to a large fire truck.Gary is not only a master artist, but also a visionary entrepreneur. He realized that there was a need for a website that would connect customers with artists who offer pinstriping, airbrushing, and lettering services. He created pinstripingregistry.com (https://www.pinstripingregistry.com/), a free and easy-to-use platform that allows customers to search for artists by state and contact them directly. The website also showcases the artists’ portfolios and profiles. Gary hopes that the website will help promote the art forms of pinstriping, airbrushing, and lettering and support the artists who practice them. Gary is an inspiration for anyone who loves art and wants to turn their passion into a successful business. He is a man who knows how to express himself through his art and make others happy with his creations. I thank him for taking the time to talk to me and share his story. I wish him all the best in his future projects.
