Federalist Paper 4 - John Jay - Unjust War
<p>Jay goes into the premise that there are Governments lead by self-serving rulers (looking after themselves, not their people), to seek out conflict for various reasons to address their own vanity and that there are other nations who could use war as a pretext to eliminate market competition.
