About Erik Soham

What if you as a listener would like to follow my naked inner life as a spiritual seeker ... and my outer life as business man, writer and faithful fool in the struggle towards liberation - guided by an enlightened Master (Dhyan Vimal)? Sharing what I go through and learn is almost like a desire to give, but it is also Fun! Recording will happen spontaneously as I go, probably in both Swedish and English. Feel free to ask questions and give feedback: erik_adelsohn@hotmail.com With a wish that something might inspire you to seek and find your truth. Erik Soham

34 Meditation on the Best of Us

Let's see if we can expose what is in the way and be liberated from it.

32 Don't we all need working harmony?

Just before flying to Malaysia I got sick and had to postpone the trip. While still being sick in Sweden I recorded this about what needs are about, and how I seriously need working harmony. Working without worrying and stress - but how?
