#3 Kampf gegen die Stille
<p>In diesem Podcast geht es um meine Erfahrung mit der Stille, insbesondere um eine Stille, die für mich Verpflichtung und Zwang bedeutet. Ich beschreibe, wie ich mich selbst dafür bestrafe, dass ich depressiv bin und nicht in der Lage bin, aus meiner Wohnung herauszugehen. Die Gedanken in meinem Kopf kreisen unaufhörlich und ich fühle mich kraftlos, müde und distanziert.
