He is defined by the character he develops along the journey towards his dreams".</p> <p><br></p> <p>In this episode we talk about the above core principles of the established man. An established man does the work necessary to develop strong faith with mental and emotional strength. The established man can see the weaknesses in himself when he exhibits poor behaviour during times of stress. He uses the storms of life or the hard times to refine his character rather than let his emotions get on top of him and affect the people around him. He doesn't bottle up his emotions in a fake show of stoicism. He openly acknowledges his struggles and finds ways to build his strength so he can be the man who inspires and protects his family and others around him. </p> <p>Remember, the established man is not perfect. He has flaws and he has struggles, because he is doing great things with his life. He is becoming a man of wisdom and faith by facing the hard issues of his experience. </p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p>

He seeks to inspire and empower everyone he comes in contact with regardless of his position or professional title". </strong></p> <p><br></p> <p>In this episode we explore another foundational principle that is fundamental to established and positive masculinity. We are all called to leadership. The established man doesn't wait to be given a title or a team before he begins to build his leadership ability. The established man develops leadership ability as part of his core personality. We are talking about positive empowering and uplifting leadership. Not toxic, domination based leadership that seeks power through spreading fear. </p> <p><br></p> <p>The established man is always seeking to show a strong standard of excellence in the family and in the work place. He isn't perfect but he has a vision to lead by example. It is irrelevant if he is in a professional position of management or leadership. His focus is on bringing his best attitude to the work place to lead by example. The established man see's leadership opportunity everywhere. It is just what he does. He is a man of service to others. Not a man serving his own ego to gain power and dominance over others. </p> <p><br></p> <p>With this attitude of service based leadership, the established man builds peace and stability within his own emotional and mental health, because he seeks to uplift and empower everyone he is associated with. This protects him against mental and emotional crisis because he is in control of himself and is not controlled by the lust for power and superficial gain. The established man is in a constant state of developing himself into a well balanced and grounded individual. In doing so he naturaly inspires and empowers others to do the same. Not out of need for praise or power. But because he knows that this is what gives him the most peace and well-being. </p> <p><br></p>

Establish The Man Core Principle No. 3: "The Established Man is a man of great strength, purpose, confidence, vision and leadership". In this episode we take a look at the next core principle of the Established Man. Once again we explore the fundamental elements of what we believe to be foundational knowledge for the modern man. Establish The Man is providing a standard for men to look towards as a means of evaluating where we are in life, in our behaviour, in our thinking and in our relationships. If we exist without a standard to look towards how do we know if we are living up to our true potential? Having a standard to aspire towards, helps us to become more consciously aware of ourselves. As opposed to living in the unconscious behaviour that keeps us locked into the same patterns of behaviour that are habitually occurring in our lives. If we want to experience change and growth, we must become consciously aware of what is really going on in our mindsets, belief systems and thought programs. From here we can begin to see what is holding us back and what we need to change in order to experience the results we want to see. The Establish The Man Ten Core Principles are designed to stir that conscious awareness and evaluation of ourselves to lead us to become the sort of men we need to become to see a positive change in ourselves, our marriage, our family and our world.
