Onze gast vandaag is advocaat Heleen Over de Linden. Zij studeerde rechten en Russische taal- en letterkunde aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam en het Poesjkin Instituut in Moskou. Ze schrijft haar proefschrift over sanctierecht. We praten over de sancties van de Europese Unie tegen Rusland, over wat we met sancties willen bereiken en of die sancties niet hun doel voorbij schieten. Heleen gaat in op de vele vragen rond sancties, zoals die over de juridische hobbels die genomen moeten worden als een jacht van een oligarch aan de ketting wordt gelegd.
