Humanistic Leadership - in conversation with Arinola Edeh

Arinola is also a HOLEX board member and represents adult and community learning at the education on Skills for Londoners Board for the Greater London Authority. </p><br><p>They explore how as a leader Arinola ensures her organisation is inclusive for leaders, staff and learners by working collaboratively.
