<p>Every charity needs money to operate – to pay overheads such as staff, marketing, hosting events etc so that it in turn can help the people it works with. So it’s vital that Europia’s funding is sourced efficiently – which requires a lot of research, excellent bid-writing skills and gathering evidence and feedback. Honor is Europia’s Business Development and Research Worker and part of her role is to source such funding. We speak to her about her role, some recent successes and Europia’s plans for future projects.</p>
