Manna Ministries with Patrick Sims - Lesson 86 - Standing in Faith - Numbers 27
Standing in Faith — Numbers 27 explores the courageous story of the daughters of Zelophehad—Mahlah, Noah, Hoglah, Milcah and Tirzah—five women who stood before Moses and the leaders of Israel to seek justice and preserve their father’s inheritance. With remarkable faith, dignity and determination, they brought their petition before God, and God affirmed that their cause was right. Their story reminds us that genuine faith is not passive: it gives us the courage to speak, persevere and trust that God hears those who approach Him with a righteous heart. Numbers 27 also records the appointment of Joshua as Moses’ successor, revealing that faithful leadership, justice and obedience remain central to fulfilling God’s purpose.

Manna Ministries with Patrick Sims - Lesson 87 - The Mystery of the Nephilim, Genesis 6
The Mystery of the Nephilim, Genesis 6 explores one of the Bible’s most fascinating and controversial passages—the account of the “sons of God,” the “daughters of men,” and the mysterious giants known as the Nephilim. Were they the offspring of fallen angels and human women, members of a powerful ancient bloodline, or legendary warriors whose corruption helped bring about the Great Flood? Examining Scripture, ancient traditions and competing theological interpretations, this compelling journey into Genesis 6 investigates who the Nephilim may have been, what role they played in humanity’s darkest age, and whether their unsettling legacy continued long after the floodwaters receded.
