Det är sällan Everton har flyt med domarnas beslut - känner nog många fans. Toffee-supportern och fotbollsdomaren Peder Häll hjälpte oss att bena ut frågeställningen och kom även med idéer om regler som skulle kunna förbättra fotbollen.
