Episode 93: Dear Diary Day 477 - Episode 3 - Most Decisions Are Not Marriages, They're Drafts.
After spending years treating every decision like a permanent declaration of identity, I am beginning to wonder if I have been carrying far more pressure than life ever asked me to carry. What if most decisions aren't forever? What if most choices are experiments? What if growth is less about certainty and more about participation? Tonight's entry explores what happens after collapse, after accountability, after identity starts unraveling. It explores the uncomfortable realization that perhaps the next chapter of life does not require a perfect plan. Maybe it only requires a next step.

Episode 92:The 3 A.M. Witness - Episode Six: Love Versus Attachment to Narrative
Tonight’s question: When we say “I love you”… are we loving the person in front of us, or are we loving the emotional role they play inside our story? In Episode Six of The 3 A.M. Witness, we sit with love, attachment, abandonment, devotion, emotional identity, and the strange human fear of being left behind. The people we cling to. The people we protect. The people we rescue. The people we cannot let go of even after the relationship itself changes form. And the uncomfortable possibility that some of what we call love may actually be attachment wrapped in beautiful language. Not from cynicism. From curiosity. Because maybe love and attachment are not enemies. Maybe they’re tangled together so tightly most humans never learn where one ends and the other begins. No gurus. No fake detachment. Just honest porch philosophy at unreasonable hours.

Episode 91: Reparenting from the Roots Week 28 Living Trees
Twenty-seven weeks ago, we began digging. Not into the world. Into ourselves. We searched our roots, faced our fears, met our younger selves, released guilt and shame, learned to participate instead of control, trusted the process, accepted relief, and finally celebrated the simple miracle that every version of us stayed long enough to become who we are today. This week, something changes. Summer has found her rhythm. The afterglow of my fifty-first birthday still lingers. Our nation pauses to reflect on two hundred and fifty years of asking what freedom means. Mercury retrograde has everyone talking about releasing what no longer serves them. And I found myself asking a different question. Now that I'm becoming whole... what kind of human will I choose to be? Because healing was never the destination. Healing was preparation. Now it's our turn to become good stewards of the freedom we've found.
