With his trusty travel companions, The Fabulous Fleamales, he sets off across Aotearoa (New Zealand), usually hitching a ride on the nearest dog.</p><br><p>In every small town, fleaBITE meets a new insect musician desperate to kick-start their career before their life cycle runs out. Across 13 episodes, listeners meet 13 wonderfully eccentric bugs, each with their own personality, quirks, and instrument of choice.</p><br><p>Along the way, kids get a fresh look at species we often fear or squirm at. Are dust mites eating skin flakes really so different from us eating cornflakes?
