[…] And yeah, it was an interesting perspective starting in 1995. Definitely didn't have the same kind of Food scene, craft beer scene, whatever you want. Right. Entertainment scene. All of it. Yeah. Right. All of it. It was not that it wasn't existent. It was just different. Right. It was it looked different and it didn't have the same density that it does now. And we got to a point where the the crime rate in the central business district of Detroit got to a lower level than Traverse City. And so, you know, it's just so many good things going on here in the city. And so it's so interesting to have been given the opportunity to do what we did at the Masonic, an extraordinarily historic building in the city, celebrating its 100th year this year. […]
