He has been married since 2000 and became a dad in 2006—roles he considers among the most important callings of his life.</p><p>Nic is also a writer and occasional blogger whose work centers around a theme he calls <strong>“Volume Speaks Value.”</strong> The idea is simple: the things we speak about most loudly and most often reveal what matters most to us. Through his writing and ministry, Nic seeks to keep the focus on what matters most—truth, faith, and family.</p><p>Whether serving in ministry leadership, building partnerships for global justice efforts, or sharing reflections through writing, Nic’s passion is to ensure that the loudest and most frequent messages in his life point people toward what truly matters.</p>
