Claircognizance: How to Trust Your Clear Knowing

I Called Spiritual Bypassing My Superpower (Why I Still Felt Stuck)

After more than a month away from the mic, I'm coming back with something I wasn't expecting to share. A pretty humbling realization about the way I process grief, and honestly, the way a lot of us do.

I thought I had it figured out. I've built my entire healing framework around the ability to find meaning in hard things. To see the lesson, connect the dots, and move forward. And for a long time, that felt like my greatest strength.

But somewhere between a tarot spread that kept pulling grief cards and a meditation that wouldn't let me move forward, I had to sit with a question I didn't want to ask: what if clarity and closure aren't the same thing?

In this episode I'm talking about:

The difference between understanding an experience and actually completing it

Why high achieving, spiritually aware people are especially prone to this pattern

What grief actually is at its core and why skipping it costs you more than you think

How Aries season energy might be showing you exactly where you're moving too fast

The practice (or really, the permission) that's helping me right now

This one is personal. I'm not at the finish line on this. I'm somewhere in the middle, choosing to feel it instead of fix it. And maybe that's exactly what this episode needed to be.
