A new name, a new chapter, and a version of me that I’m still getting to know.
In the first episode of The Art of Her Essence, I’m reflecting on the different versions of this podcast—and the different versions of myself—that brought me here. From Is That All You Got? to Journey 2 Self to The Evolution of Her, every chapter represented something I was learning about myself.
Now, I’m in a season of suddenly. My priorities are changing, my standards are higher, and I’m learning that growth sometimes looks like releasing people, places, habits, and versions of yourself that no longer fit.
We’re talking about becoming, raising your standards, learning to recategorize the people in your life, and understanding that love, history, and familiarity aren’t always enough to justify access.
Because sometimes you need to have the conversation. Sometimes you need to make a mental note and move differently.
And sometimes… you really do just need to block and move on.
This is The Art of Her Essence.
And this is the beginning of a new chapter.
