About Evolutionary Women by Jeanie Manchester

The Evolutionary Women Podcast with Jeanie Manchester explores the embodied path of spiritual awakening through the lens of the Shakta Shaiva tradition—weaving together yoga, mantra, meditation, goddess mythology, and Ayurveda for the modern woman’s life. Each episode shines a light on how awakening unfolds within the sacred rhythms of householder life—through relationship, work, family, and the evolving seasons of womanhood. We honor transitions like menopause and aging—what we call Regenopause—as portals to vitality, reinvention, and Shakti’s re-emergence. This podcast is for spiritually awakening women—yoginis, seekers, teachers, and healers—who are navigating transitions and long to live with more purpose, spiritual depth, and embodied power. And while we center women’s experiences, men are welcome to listen and learn how to support the women they love on this path. Hosted by Jeanie Manchester, a longtime teacher of mantra, meditation, and sacred embodiment, this show bridges ancient Shakta Shaiva wisdom with modern spiritual practice. Tune in to awaken your inner Shakti and walk the path of devotion, depth, and conscious living. 🌺 Listen & Subscribe: Find us on your favorite podcast platform, visit jeaniemanchester.com and follow @jeaniemanchester on Instagram to join our community of awakening beings.

Yoga, Matriarchy and the Power of the Feminine: A Conversation with Vicki Noble

In this powerful and wide-ranging episode of the Evolutionary Women Podcast, we sit down with visionary feminist scholar, healer, and co-creator of the Motherpeace Tarot, Vicki Noble. Together, we explore the ancient roots of feminine wisdom and its relevance for women’s lives today. Vicki shares her groundbreaking research on matriarchal cultures, revealing how societies centered on cooperation, embodiment, cyclical intelligence, and reverence for the Earth once thrived across the globe. She explains how these cultures weren’t the mirror opposite of patriarchy, but rather holistic, egalitarian systems where women’s biological and spiritual capacities shaped community life. Our conversation flows into the transformative power of feminist spirituality, ritual, and embodied practices, especially Yoga as a path that connects us with the primal, instinctual aspects of the feminine. Vicki discusses how women can reclaim their deep body-wisdom, heal generational trauma, and cultivate inner authority in a world still marked by patriarchal imbalance. We also explore: The role of the Motherpeace Tarot in awakening feminine archetypes How ancient goddess cultures inform modern healing Why the resurgence of women’s leadership is essential to planetary transformation Practical ways to restore balance through cyclical awareness, intuition, and community This episode is an invitation to remember what we carry in our bones: an ancient lineage of power, creativity, and connection. Vicki Noble’s insights remind us that the rise of the feminine isn’t a trend—it’s a return.
