EP.13 It takes a long period of time to build up a credible, admirable reputation and can takes seconds to ruin it all.

In this episode I speak about a handful of NFL players who had their images tarnished by their unfortunate misbehavior and how it can take just one incident to make that happen. I also mention a basketball legend who in some peoples eyes (not mine) point out one mishap in his life when talking about the great legacy he left behind. When you make a big mistake or when an unfortunate situation is placed on your shoulders, regardless if you've been found guilty or not or whether you believe it's fair or not, in the world we live in today, or as we say, in the court of public opinion, these incidents will follow you for a very long time or possibly forever. Be mindful of what you do or say without heavy negative emotion attached to it and you shall avoid dealing with the circumstances these men have dealt with.

Interview with unquestionably the Greatest volleyball player of all time Kerri Walsh Jennings.

Whether it's indoor volleyball or beach volleyball, With too many accolades for me to mention, and nearly 30 years of pure dominance at the high school level, college level, and professional level, Kerri Walsh Jennings has absolutely dominated her opponents in all levels and I became very, very privileged to interview a superstar in the realm of sports. I learned a lot in researching Kerri and in the process gained a lot of respect for her not only for what she had done on the volleyball courts, but even more so on her personal life and overcoming very tough challenges in her relationship with her husband, which was very inspiring in and of itself. Speaking about her personal life and this being the God honest truth, I gained so much love for her during our interview. I learned several important lessons that myself as well as you, the listener can gain and implement into your life and she was so sweet I honestly could not stop smiling. Kerri undoubtedly defines the term Execution Equals Excellence and it truly was an honor to interview her on my show!

Eliminate Imposter Syndrome: Part 1

In this episode I speak about my past and present personal struggles dealing with imposter syndrome. For many different reasons you or someone you know deal with deals with the thoughts of not being that big thing or you so want to become or not being able to reach a very high level of success because you believe you aren't talented enough, you aren't gifted enough, you don't have the supporting cast, or that it's rare for anyone to become what you've wanted to become in your imagination. I would not have taken the leap of faith of starting 2 podcasts if I let my fears and personal flaws, the I.S. weigh heavier than my ambition and what my influence can do for others as well as myself.
