Listen to two past Airbnb Super hosts (Karl and Rita) sharing their experiences on separate properties using both AirBnb and Booking.com to attract customers for our rental properties in Brazil. We have worked with both. And both do provide a means to market a property. But there is a clear winner based on our horrific experiences supported by both Video evidence and police reports, that AirBnb's knee jerk reaction to support the guest when there is a dispute. Savvy guests now know that they can hold property owners for ransom if they choose while requesting free rooms if they like in response to minor inconveniences both real or fabricated. Granted most guests would not do this, but it does happen unfortunately. Listen to our experiences and decide for yourself if you are looking at renting property and want to know what happens when a dispute with a guest occurs.

Ep. 27 - Buying Real Estate in Brazil (And getting the F@#* out of the United States)
Listen to Karl Schieneman and Felix Broden share experiences about the expat life in Brazil. On this special show we will have an American Susan Marshall who is a licensed real estate agent in Brazil discuss how to buy property in Brazil when you don't live here. The benefit of spending roughly $200,000 on a property in Brazil is you qualify for permanent residency by owning this real estate and you also have a solid asset which may appreciate in value over time. No need to have the finances of famous actor George Clooney or director James Cameron to move to France or New Zealand. In fact, home ownership in Brazil is also much more attainable in terms of cost for what you get in return than US market and Swedish market according to my co-host Felix. This should be a very educational show occurring in the midst of a very sensitive time in the United States. Making it extremely timely. I hope you enjoy it.
