Well, really these feelings of burnout and overwhelm, they come from a misalignment of your inner world and your outer world. what we do as women in particular when things feel bad when they're feeling like bad bad we don't want to be disruptive we don't want to be ungrateful we know that you know our lives are good we have roofs over our heads we have people who love us we have our health we have food we have all of these things but we know so many people don't have and so when we're feeling frustrated by our existence and We don't do a whole lot about it because we don't want to seem ungrateful.
