About Expense Account

Hey, it's J Lee, food critic at large for Emily Sundberg’s Feed Me. I write about $300 martinis, New York City's secret chicken tenders, my favorite dim sum spots, and how I’ll never wait in line for froyo. I’ve got one million opinions about food, but the thing is, everyone has their own opinions about food and I want to hear all of them. Every week on Expense Account we’ll have a guest, it could be a chef, a writer, a musician, an actor, and we’ll talk about food. The good, the bad, and the ugly. Best meals and worst meals. Food that is shockingly expensive. And favorite spots around the world. We might even take a peek inside of their fridge, to find out how they're really eating. We’ll always start the conversation with food, but we’ll always wind up somewhere else, because food is culture, and everybody eats. www.readfeedme.com (https://www.readfeedme.com/s/expense-account?utm_medium=podcast)

[…] But I am I love podcasting, though. I'm so I don't. miss acting really at all. Um, it's so fun to be able to like get to know people on a deeper level. Did you find that podcasting came naturally to you? Like when you got on the mic, you're like knew what to do and like, how was it for you starting the podcast? I knew what to do when it was just Dax and I talking, I did not know what to, not, neither of us knew what to do at the very beginning. We were like, uh, what is this going to be? We're just trying it out. And I wasn't saying anything at first. Like I, you know, so no, it took, it took a minute for us to find our rhythm, I guess is the short answer and figure out like what we were, what the point was. […]
