Summer Event Comics Part 3
This is the final episode recorded. We hope you've enjoyed the show. Hello, loyal listeners. With the passing of Darren Watts, Episode 69 will be the final episode of Explain This Comic's Guys. Thank you all for supporting this endeavor. This isn't the note we wanted to end on. I know it would annoy Darren to end in the middle of a series, but I think this was an episode he really liked. He messaged me after the first part of this series and said we were really starting to get the hang of the whole podcast thing. We went back and listened to the first episode we did (an episode on Watchman that Darren later deemed unlistenable) and compared it to this one, and he was really happy with the progress we made. Ben and I are talking about putting together a memorial episode. However, if and when that comes together, it won't be in time for our next release, which would be on Feb 1st. I have some chat notes and episode outlines. Maybe one day, those will materialize into something, but reading through them is rough right now. As Darren would say, thanks for coming.
