About Exploring the Bible through stories and biblical teaching
There are three types of podcasts here:
1) BLUE LABELS: Bible stories for children and adults that present in a relevant, dramatic way, keeping true to the original biblical narrative.
2) RED LABELS: Exploring the Bible presented in a friendly style with biblical truth.
3) GREEN LABELS: A deeper look at exciting biblical doctrines.
Many of the Bible stories involve three characters, Polo, Maurice and Priscilla, who together explore each Old Testament story. The stories involving Jesus have two main characters, Atticus, a young Romanised man and Tabitha, a young Eastern woman, who follow and watch Jesus as the events happen in front of them!
These Bible teachings and children's stories were written and created by Peter Reason, an itinerate Bible teacher in the Cambridgeshire area of the UK, actively involved in an Open the Book team and Genr8 team going into schools, and also doing various children's and youth-related things.
These podcasts have no political agenda or denominational slant, but are faithful to the biblical narrative.
All the Bible stories are suitable for children and adults.
The Bible teaching is aimed at adults.
How should Christians view our chaotic, successive governments?
The way many politicians have behaved over the last few years has been shocking, and it is no wonder that many voters are angry and sceptical about our government.
But the Bible tells us to be subject to them. What does this actually mean in practice?
That is straightforward, where a government is God-fearing and faithful, but what about a bad dictator situation?
What are the governing authorities' responsibilities?
Is it right to ever rebel against the government and authorities? If we say ‘no’, then we condemn people like Oliver Cromwell, the Puritans of the 17th century, and Christians who took part in the American War of Independence.
Is the apostle Paul saying that every particular leader has been ordained by God?
This podcast should provide a biblical grounding for Christian’s to respond to their governing authorities in a God-pleasing way.

What is God like? Who is God in the Bible?
Throughout the Bible, we can learn what God is like by reading the stories, direct revelation from God himself, his prophets, how he dealt with Israel and the life and teachings of Jesus Christ. In the Bible, God is spoken of as:
A real person. A King giving orders. A Master workman carrying out his designs and purposes. A person who can be known.
Even in the Old Testament, God’s heart is seen as wanting people to be His children and in the New Testament, and now he wants....

Is it possible to get to heaven without faults and wrongs?
Completely obeying God's Law is impossible for us to achieve, and yet the apostle Paul expects us to meet the righteous requirements of the law. This applies to all Christians, and not a group of super-spiritual ones. So how is this possible?
Here we look at four points:
What the law could not do.
Why the law could not do it.
How God has done what the law could not do.
What is the result in us?
The Holy Spirit responds to believers who discover biblical truth.Be encouraged to explore the wonder of Christian doctrine.

What is the historical proof that Jesus existed? Non-Christian Evidence of Jesus Christ.
Are we limited to the Bible to know whether Jesus was a real historical person? This episode surveys key non‑Christian sources—Lucian, Tacitus and Pliny the Younger—that independently describe a crucified teacher, an execution under Pontius Pilate in Tiberius’s time, and an organised movement worshipping Christ.
While these writers don’t prove miracles or theology, together they provide strong historical grounds to conclude that Jesus of Nazareth was a real figure who inspired a widespread community with distinctive practices.
