I also talk about how being a highly sensitive person seeking attention and approval from others led me to suppress my feelings, which caused negative patterns, self-rejection, and body shame. However, through my journey, I found solace in spirituality and a connection to something greater than myself. I learned the power of self-reflection and changing the meaning I gave to past experiences. I also discovered the importance of listening to my inner self and prioritizing my well-being.</p> <p> </p> <p>I believe that everyone has the power to shape their own lives and choose how they interpret their experiences.
