Episode 29: Broken by Battle, Drowned in Drink, Rescued by Grace

In this episode, I interview Rand Timmerman. Rand is a combat veteran of the Vietnam War. His story is one of great struggles, of rejecting God for many years, of descent into alcoholism, and of finally healing and developing an understanding of the the presence of God in his life. A recent part of his healing journey was hiking the whole 2200 miles of the Appalachian Trail at 72 years of age. He wrote a book about this incredible journey called, A Spiritual Passage. Rand now helps other people to overcome the kinds of challenges he has overcome in his own life. In this episode, I interview the amazing Desda Zuckerman. I have been following Desda for several years and I am delighted that she has agreed to come on the show. She has seen auras since she was a child, but after receiving a concussion in a car accident when she was 14 years old, Desda immediately started seeing so much colored light around people that she could hardly see their physical bodies.
