I episoden snakker vi om hvordan å skape en egenpraksis- som mødre som er mer i takt med våre indre behov, og hva som skjer i naturen rundt oss. Hvorfor det er viktig å være i kontakt med oss selv- nå- når vi velger hva vi skal fylle vår praksis med- og også hvor lett det er å mentalt bestemme seg for en praksis som vi synes vi «burde» prioritere. Welcome back to Eyemother and today I have an exciting episode for your with psychotherapist, doctor of psychology, and the author of Ancestral Medicine: Rituals for Personal and Family Healin (https://ancestralmedicine.org/rituals-for-personal-and-family-healing/)g Daniel Foor.
Last episode I shared a big story in my life about my late grandmothers interference in my life- and a little about the healing that started for me, after this realization. I then decided to apply for a scholarship to a course called Ancestral Lineage Healing course by Daniel Foor at Ancestral Medicine.
In this episode we speak about connecting to our ancestors as well as the non human world, we speak about human loneliness and energetically safety. We also tap into the topic of parenting and how we can be as mature and connected as parents- as possible, with the challenges life provides.

Epi 26:" Mothering & Ancestral healing"
In this episode I speak about my own journey and relation to my close ancestors and how that work has shifted, informed and keeps healing my own life & health as well as that of my family. I share about my own childhood- growing up in a ghost house, the death of my father and how that opened a portal into the unknown- and how becoming a mother made all the unseen and unreal things very real. I also share a very personal story from a therapy session recently that has given my life and my body a totally different understanding.
In the episode I mention a few past episodes, as well as the work of Daniel Foor at Ancestral Medicine. He will be on the podcast the upcoming episode. The episode will air in the beginning of March 2022.
