Why Muscle Is The Most Underrated Tool In Every Woman's Health Arsenal. And Why You Cannot Afford To Ignore It Any Longer - The True Benefits of Muscle for Women in Midlife
<p>This is not just another podcast about building muscle as a woman in midlife and beyond. This is a podcast that starts with a story about two photos. And two comments on those two photos...</p><p>Two comments on the same pair of arms, taken three weeks apart. In the first photo, relaxed — a woman commented to say I had the "rich girl arms she had always wanted". In the second photo, flexing — another woman commented to say I was "too muscular for a woman" and that she would "never want arms like that"....
