New Work – New Pay: Arbeitsrechtliche Herausforderungen moderner Vergütung
Stellen Sie sich vor: Sie sitzen in der Mittagspause zwischen zwei Kollegen in der Kantine eines Tech-Start-ups: Der eine zeigt stolz auf sein Smartphone, aber nicht auf ein Foto aus dem Sommerurlaub, sondern auf die Kursentwicklung von Ether. „Das war meine Provision für dieses Quartal“, sagt er, „und wenn der Kurs so weitergeht, kann ich mir nur davon bald ein High-End E-Bike kaufen.“ Sein Kollege lacht und meint: „Ich warte lieber. Wenn die Firma verkauft wird und meine virtuellen Anteile fällig werden, klingelt’s richtig.“ Solche Gespräche hätte man vor ein paar Jahren wohl nicht gehört. Heute gehören Kryptowährungen und virtuelle Anteilsoptionen für manche Beschäftigte genauso zum Einkommen wie das feste Monatsgehalt. Moderne Vergütung ist oft mehr als nur Geld auf dem Konto – sie ist ein Mix aus unterschiedlichen Bausteinen, die motivieren, binden und ein Stück Unternehmenskultur transportieren. Ein völliger E-Reporting und E-Invoicing-Overload. Da kann man sich als Umsatzsteuerexperte auch die Frage stellen: Macht man noch Steuern oder schon IT? Wir möchten heute einmal den Blick auf das richten, was eigentlich weiterhin im Zentrum der Umsatzsteuer stehen sollte: die korrekte Fakturierung von Umsatzsteuer an den Kunden. Warum ist es so wichtig, dies zu betonen? Weil alle Initiativen, die unter ViDA zusammengefasst werden können, ein wenig davon ablenken, dass die Überprüfung der korrekten Fakturierung von Umsatzsteuer Ziel aller E-Reporting und E-Invoicing-Initiativen ist und man sich schon fragen muss, auf was da zugesteuert wird – oder kurz, wie es unsere Gäste formulieren würden: Droht der Mindfuck durch ViDA?
