Anna "La Chocha" Margarita Albelo is a Cuban-American writer, director, and producer, with 25 years of professional experience in film and nightlife. When Anna moved to Paris in the early 90s she founded the lesbian night "Ladies Room" which has become a legendary treasure in the history of Parisian queer nightlife. Over the course of her career, Anna’s body of work has been screened in over 150 international festivals. Her storytelling weaves narrative, documentary, and comedic elements into a unique story-telling style that has become her trademark.
