Episode 5 What Needs To Be Included In Our Schedule
What is the first thing you will put in if your schedule is completely empty? Here are what I think most of you would do.
You have been so busy doing so many things. Now you just want to do nothing.
You will schedule in all the things you have always wanted to do but never had the time to. For example, finish reading a book, finish up the craft you have started, go meet up with friends, or even spend some time in the side hustle you started.
You probably will block off the time to go on holidays with your family.
There might be more that I did not mention.
And these are all great!
However, today, I am going to bring awareness to the most important thing we should schedule in our calendar. Whether or not your calendar is packed or empty.

Episode 4: Not Enough Time To Do Everything!
To-do lists are often getting longer. There are so much to do and so little time. And that brings me precisely to what I will talk about today. All of us are given 24 hours. Why is it not enough to do what we want? Why is it that we sometimes feel like we need weeks or months, or years to get things done? Or, why can some things be done in 10 minutes, but we took 1 hour? How are we wasting our time without knowing?

Too Busy For Self-Care
Hi, I am Rachel Wong. And I am the founder of Rachelwsf & Co. In Rachelwsf & Co, I help stressed and overwhelmed moms reconnect with themselves and their family members and find more joy in their family life.
Self-care is not a cure for everything. But with the correct mindset and self-care done right, it would definitely be able to lift your spirits and helps you feel calm. Many people would think that self-care is time-consuming, I don’t have enough time for self-care. My schedule is already so packed, and taking time out for self-care is just going to stress me out more if I am unable to accomplish it.
But self-care is more than actually putting aside time to practice it.
People mentioned: Claryn Neo IG: @theoilingplacesg and Adelyn IG: @abundancebuds. Also stay tuned as Claryn is joining me on the podcast next few weeks explaining the importance of essential oil in her motherhood journey for herself, her family, during her work and many more.

Are You Always Very Busy?
Hi, I am Rachel Wong. And I am the founder of Rachelwsf & Co. In Rachelwsf & Co, I help busy parents reconnect with themselves and each other and find more joy in their lives and with their family.
Are you always very busy?
I was reading a book given to me by a friend - 'The Things You Can See Only When You Slow Down - How to be Calm in a Busy World' written by Haemin Sunim. This book first came out in South Korea and sold more than 3million copies. Translations followed into Chinese, Japanese, Thai, French and now English.
In this book, one of the first thing that I resonate with is this
-When everything around me is moving so fast, I stop and ask, "Is it the world that's busy, or is it my mind?"-
What do you think? Is it the world, or is it my mind that's busy?
The answer is pretty simple. It is not so much that the world is busy. But our mind.

Self Care Less Than A Minute
Hi, I am Rachel Wong. And I am the founder of Rachelwsf & Co. In Rachelwsf & Co, I help busy parents reconnect with themselves and each other and find more joy in their lives and with their family.
Today I would like to talk about how we can incorporate self-care even when we do not have time. Before I go further, it is crucial that we actually block time for self-care. When we block the time out for self-care, then only we allow ourselves to be truly and deeply immersed in all the goodness that self-care would bring us. If you have not already, I have created a free PDF to help you find and block time out for self-care. In the PDF, you will also be able to find a link to book a call with me to guide you in making time for yourself. get your free PDF now!
Now but really, there are self-care as short as a minute or 2 that we can do. And even so, I do have clients who told me that they cannot do it because they forgot about it or that they have no time - yes, no time for even 1 or 2 minutes.
Why do we say we have no time even for something that only takes 1 minute out of 1440 minutes in our entire day? Do we really do not have enough time?
Here are some of the quick self-care that we can practice even though we are busy - these literally take only a few seconds to implement!
I will only put out 3 points today, and if you like it, I can come out with more!
