The sermon addresses the pervasive issue of human insecurity, distinguishing it from sin while acknowledging its roots in trauma and a fallen world. It identifies common manifestations such as fear of rejection, feelings of inadequacy, worry about the future, and shame over past mistakes. The central message emphasizes that true confidence and identity are found exclusively in God through the relationship established by Jesus Christ. By relying on Scripture and the Holy Spirit, believers can overcome these emotional struggles and find lasting security in their status as adopted children of God. The preacher encourages immediate repentance and trust in divine provision rather than human approval or self-effort.

The Attitude Of Modesty
The sermon defines biblical modesty as an internal attitude of the heart rather than merely a standard of clothing. Drawing primarily from 1 Timothy 2 and 1 Peter 3, the message emphasizes that true modesty involves shamefacedness, sobriety, and discretion, reflecting a godly spirit outwardly. The preacher argues that attire should not draw inappropriate attention but should instead display soundness of mind and respect for God's design. Additionally, practical church logistics regarding building repairs and property sales are addressed to the congregation. The central call is for believers to align their hearts with Scripture so that their external appearance honors God.
