[…] And I realized as I dove into myself, which we don't do a whole lot as women, as I dove into myself, I realized I was living in a striving, achieving posture, even though it was for Jesus. And I knew he wasn't judging me. But as I walked within different situations, I just felt the pull. And I realized I was exhausted. I had burned my own self out by myself. Wasn't anybody else's fault. And then I needed to take a deep look at what it meant to walk with Jesus every day in a posture of he's in charge and there's no judgment. And I don't have anything to prove and walk in that. And it took a while. took a long while to learn how to Sabbath correctly, which sounds weird because we're not talking about striving, to actually do it with the mindset of delight and not, oh, I'm supposed to rest now kind of thing.
